Description: The move that is believed to be Rais ultimate jutsu. This jutsu requires an extremely large amount of chakra, but the damaging force behind it is worth every once of chakra that's put into it. Rai puts his arms at his side and than brings his elbows back so that his hands are a few inches away from each side of his hip. He than concentrates his chakra into both hands, generating dark grey sparks of electric chakra. When they are fully generated he has two full Nekura Chidoris, one in each hand. He than rushed toward his enemy with great speed, and once he is close enough he slams his hands together and sends multiple dark grey lightning bolts in all directions in front of his body. He is able to control where these bolts go like a puppet master controls their puppet strings. No one that is alive has witnessed this destructive ability

This jutsu creates an area of complete darkness around the victim, enabling the user to attack without being seen
Suguni Ouda (Instant Strike)
Type: GenJutsu C Rank
Description: For this technique the user must have eye contact with the target. A single hand seal is formed and the user vanishes with a loud bang. In an instant the user is standing in front of the target, a weapon (such as a kunai or katana) plunged into the opponent's body. The opponent feels a blast of pain and the shock of being stabbed, but then the illusion of the user vanishes, revealing it was merely genjutsu. This technique means to paralyze the target in temporary terror.

Utilizing a high amount of chakra, a large ball of flame is exhaled from the user's mouth. When an Uchiha clan member perfectly masters this technique, the person is fully recognized as an adult.
This Katon jutsu is said to be the most powerful among all others of the same element, since this is seen as a rite of passage into adulthood for all Uchiha clan members.
This is considered by many fans to be Sasuke's signature technique. Hatake Kakashi remembered of the advancement of the Uchiha clan when he had seen that Sasuke had used it so perfectly as a newly graduated Genin, and at such a young age for that matter.
